At the end of 2017, eLando AD successfully passed an audit of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and received an ISO 9001: 2015 certificate. eLando’s QMS is developed according to the requirements of the International Quality Standard ISO 9001 and aims at implementing a customer-oriented strategy. The system is implemented through continuous improvement of the quality of software services offered by the company and includes the following activities:
Increasing the qualification and training of the staff in order to constantly deliver high-quality products and services
Upgrading existing and introducing new customer-orientated services and products
Improving efficiency and reducing costs
Maintaining equal and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
With the introduction of a Quality Management System, the management of aLando AD aims to provide faster and better quality services to its clients, optimizing the capabilities of the company’s structure.
